Sheepers was founded by Nicola Skowronek in 2015, who began Sheepers as an idea in her bedroom, then  moved into her very own studio in North London, Islington and are now in our very own fulfilment warehouse! 
We are an e-commerce store selling on various platforms such as Etsy, Notonthehighstreet, The Stylist.

Open Positions:

You will be working in Gdansk, in Ul Siennicka 10A, this is for a part time position with overtime.

Great for students based in Gdansk, looking to progress their careers.


Head of Operations Is a pivotal role for the success of the brand reporting directly to the Director. Leading the team across all departments, overseeing all daily processes and procedures and develop best practices for online sales and customer service.

Responsibilities include:

  • – Picking, packing the correct orders ready for dispatch to the Post office
  • – Checking stock coming in from suppliers and putting them away
  • – Taking the parcels to the Post office if the parcels are not collected by the delivery company
  • – Managing the customer service helpdesk, dealing with customer queries remembering the brands ethos and that good customer service is above all most important.
  • – Emailing out of stock orders that managed to get into our ordering system by offering alternatives, negotiating with customers or happy to wait enquiries.
  • – Communicate between Nicola in regards to stock orders, replenishment and issues with stock.
  • – Sorting, organising and dealing with the company’s returns and exchanges from the EU and UK in line with the company’s returns policy.
  • – Directly issuing refunds to customers, wholesalers and ensuring you are issuing the correct amounts.
  • – Liaising with wholesalers regarding their orders, future orders, any issues or any queries they may have.
  • – Dealing with multiple platforms (Transglobal, woocommerce, DPD, Klaviyo, Furgonetka) ensuring you have a vast knowledge of how to operate and manoeuvre platforms which are key to the running of the company, and how to contact customer services in times of need.
  • – Conducting regular checks on the website to ensure images, description, and stock is up to date. This is to ensure the website is constantly being improved and not falling behind with the times.
  • – Managing and monitoring the company’s social media platforms, Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok to produce fun and engaging content whilst interacting with customers.
  • – Monitoring Instagram DM’s in situations where customers are unable to contact us via email.
  • – Create new and engaging ideas as to how to grow the companys social media following, and mailing list subscribers.
  • – Uploading new products to our website in a timely manner after launch and the various platforms we sell on (etsy, noths, joules, the stylist)
  • – Assisting with deliveries, counting stock, quality checking and ensuring all stock arrives in a high-quality condition which the company expects.
  • – Managing online reviews.
  • – Dealing with the company’s invoices, either sent by post or email. Invoices need to be sorted, scanned and uploaded to the correct files, and stored for records.
  • – Rota management, be able to create and manage a weekly rota based on availability and ensure this is communicated to staff ahead of time. This may include management of annual leave, staff accrual of leave and what is owed.
  • – Disciplining staff in regards to misconduct, orders being packed incorrectly, addressing such issues with staff and ensuring you are guiding them in the right direction to reducing such errors.
  • – Meet with potential new staff to gain a first impression and conduct a small interview to provide feedback to Nicola, allowing candidates to be shortlisted effectively.
  • – Conduct training of new staff, and ensure they are made aware and trained fully in order to carry out tasks required of them effectively.



  • – Ability to speak and write in fluent English to liaise with wholesalers and customers. High level of English grammar required
  • – Ability to type at a moderately fast pace
  • – Being computer literate is essential, able to use Microsoft office and excel.
  • – Must be legally entitled to work in Poland
  • – Student
