Our slippers are made in Poland.
If you did order the slippers with a discount and you do not want a refund, you may go on a waiting for stock list if we do not have any in stock, our team member will contact you if this happens to update you. If you do need to exchange or refund an item please click here
We are unable to process any cancellations for orders that have a marked status of “picked”. This is due to disrupting the warehouse team from shipping orders. Once an order has been picked it is ready to be dispatched, therefore we are unable to cancel any orders at this point in the packaging process.
Unfortunately, as we are now based in a warehouse, where there are various shipping stages we will not be able to combine any orders.
This is a tricky one as they do stretch within wear. So a pair that initially feels snug has to be worn in. We do suggest ordering true to size on all slippers.
Our sheepskin is a by-product of the meat industry. For the farmer, approximately 90% of the value of a sheep is derived from selling the meat and less than 10% is derived from the sheepskin itself, our suppliers are regulated and ensure the raw materials are sourced in an ethical manner. Sheepers believes mulesing is cruel and inhumane.
Genuine sheepskin is 100% biodegradable, so when it does get thrown away, it doesn’t lie in a landfill for hundreds of years like a product made from synthetic material.
Our sheepskin comes from Spain, we then hand make the slippers in Poland by our gorale.
All our products are packaged in an eco bags with our branding, they are made from PP non woven fabric (spunbond). However some products are packaged in 100% cotton gift bags and magnetic fast ribboned boxes depending what has been purchased. Please read the product description.
We then use polythene envelopes. We are working on the sustainability of our packaging and hope to change this soon.
The best way to contact us is via email: firstname.lastname@example.org and someone will get back to you within 24 hr however due to Covid-19 we are lone working so please do expect an additional 48 hr response time.
Some of our Sheepers have markings on the sole as it is where we mould the leather so the machinery can create a marking, this shows beautiful craftsmanship from the handmade feel.
Yes, the slipper is made of real sheepskin and the interior wool.

Sizing & Fit
Yes at first Sheepers slippers may feel uncomfortable however our Sheepers become very soft with wear and mould to your foot in a few days of wear.
The highest quality suede, the softest sheepskin, woollen interior, a leather trim, a waxed cotton embroidery and the sole is leather.
We use our materials sustainably so we use off cuts to create each pair of Sen Sheepers, sometimes we cannot get the tan suede upper so we use an alternative colour such as grey/light cream/white to create our beautiful Sen range. This is only with the light suede material. The standard ranges when using black leather upper and trip are as what you see in the images.
We advise to order true to size, however Sheepers slippers will mould and loosen and soften with wear as natural leather and sheepskin do so, so a pair that feels snug initially, will loosen and become comfortable over time. If you are a half size please do size down.
We do not advise you machine wash any of our slippers as they are handmade. We advise our product is spot cleaned only.
We advise not to wear our slippers outdoors. The slippers are handmade and should not be worn outside.
